Each course is scheduled individually and the location and time of each training session is predetermined and scheduled normally 30 days prior to the training day. The training duration varies depending on the type of course the student is requesting to be certified. Each course consist of visual aids, practical application, and personal instruction. Upon completion of training, students will be given the opotion to receive a certified American Heart Association card and a student handbook.
Training sessions are typically scheduled either on Saturdays or weekdays.

Each course is designed to accommodate every student's need or requirement. Students can take training sessions for personal knowledge or to meet a work or business related requirement. New students learning basic life support skills are welcomed, as well as experienced students desiring to renew their certification.
